"Keep your friends close, your enemies closer."

Surrounded by a belligerent state, subjected to a devastating genocide and stripped of all civil rights, the Kosovar Albanians seem to have captured the quintessence of this statement. Vulnerable and labelled as a terrorist organisation by half of the world and a victimized people by the rest, the Kosovar people find themselves in a land shaped by shades of grey - and it is up to the Security Council to distill the black from the white - it cannot enter the new Millenium with the blood of millions on its hands.
